Principal Dr. Amanda Denson

Dr. Amanda Denson is an experienced educational leader based in St. Louis, Missouri. With 17 years of dedicated service in education, she has held roles as a teacher, assistant principal, and currently serves as the principal of Jefferson Intermediate. Dr. Denson holds a Bachelor of Science in Education, a Master of Educational Administration, an Educational Specialist degree, and a Doctor of Education. She is passionate about providing meaningful educational experiences for all students and believes that education is the great equalizer. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, their son, Jude, and their dog, Atticus. Dr. Denson also shares a special bond with her twin sister, who is also an educator.
